Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. They set out the rules for using this website and for buying or booking our training, implementation and courses.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.aiaccountingengineer.com (the “Website”) and to the training, implementation, course and resource offerings described on it (the “Services”).
The Website and Services are provided by CA Varsha Varyani, trading as AI Accounting Engineer (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website, sending an enquiry, or buying a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. What we offer
We offer AI training for finance and accounting professionals and teams. This covers:
- Corporate training and workshops, which can be defined programmes or customised for your processes and data.
- AI implementation support, where we work with your finance function to design and embed AI workflows.
- Online courses and learning resources for individuals, some of which are sold through a third-party platform.
Descriptions on the Website are a general guide. The exact scope, dates, fees and deliverables of any engagement are set out in the proposal, order confirmation or agreement we share with you.
3. Corporate training and implementation engagements
A training or implementation engagement starts only when you and we have both agreed the scope and fees in writing (for example by an accepted proposal, email or agreement). If that document conflicts with these terms, the written agreement for that engagement prevails.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing: fees are payable as stated in the proposal; dates may be rescheduled by mutual agreement; and each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. We do not need, and ask you not to share, personal or sensitive data about your customers or employees for training purposes. Where an implementation needs access to your systems or data, the access and data handling will be agreed in writing first.
4. Courses and digital content
Courses are sold and delivered through a third-party platform (currently Superprofile) when you click “Enrol now”. Payment, checkout and account details are handled on that platform and are subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
When you buy a course we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own learning. You must not share your access, copy, record, resell, publish or distribute the course content, templates or prompts without our written permission.
Refunds. Because courses are digital and access is given immediately, all course fees are non-refundable once access has been given. The only exceptions are a payment that failed but was still charged, or a duplicate charge for the same course; please email us within 7 days of the charge and we will help get it corrected. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
Courses marked “Coming soon” are not yet available. Asking to be notified creates no obligation on you or on us, and we may change the content, name, price or timing before launch.
5. Educational purpose, not professional advice
Our training, courses, resources and any content on the Website are for education and general information. They are not accounting, audit, tax, legal, regulatory, investment or other professional advice, and they do not create a professional-client relationship unless we separately agree one in writing.
AI tools can produce wrong, incomplete or outdated answers. You are responsible for checking any AI output, and for your own professional judgement, before relying on it in accounts, returns, reconciliations, filings, client work or decisions. Laws, tax rules and software features change; please verify current requirements with the relevant source or a qualified professional.
6. Using AI tools responsibly
When you apply what you learn from us, follow your organisation’s policies and the terms of the AI and software tools you use. Do not enter confidential, client or personal data into any AI tool unless you are authorised to do so and the tool’s data terms permit it. You are responsible for how you use any tool, prompt, template or workflow that we show or provide.
7. No guarantee of results
We work to give useful, practical training, but we do not promise any particular outcome, such as time saved, cost reduction, job outcomes, certification, or business results. Examples, case studies and figures shown on the Website or in sessions are illustrations and are not guarantees.
8. Intellectual property
The Website, its design and text, our courses, training material, templates, prompts, videos and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Website and use course content as set out in these terms, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Names and logos of other organisations shown on the Website (for example, employers mentioned in the About section) belong to their owners. They are shown only to describe experience and do not mean any endorsement by, or affiliation with, those organisations.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not use the Website to break any law, send spam or false enquiries, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or introduce harmful code. We may block access or decline enquiries that appear abusive or automated.
10. Third-party services and links
The Website uses or links to third-party services such as Superprofile, Google (including Analytics and Ads), hCaptcha, Web3Forms, Cloudflare, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is complete, current or suitable for your particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or Services, including loss caused by relying on AI output or on material from our courses.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the fees you paid us for that Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Your responsibility
You agree to compensate us for loss arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Website, Services or course content, including sharing paid content without permission.
14. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Changes do not affect a course you have already bought or a written agreement already in place. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any written agreement for a specific engagement, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Services. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern informally.
